SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES ON

DEGRADED LANDSCAPES RESTORATION

With Greener.LAND we aim to inspire practitioners in the field to take ownership of their future and start restoring landscapes today. There are many techniques to restore degraded landscapes.

Greener.LAND is a free and easy-to-use online tool where farmers can find all the information they need about these techniques to regreen their lands. By using the filters such as land use type, rainfall and slope we help farmers to identify the interventions that suit their particular landscape.

It currently covers 20 landscape interventions, all low-cost and easy-to-implement. Each intervention has a clear description, pictures and links to allow users to get a better understanding of the options to restore their landscapes and help them get started.
